I've spent the last two years testing weight loss products, viral methods, and telehealth programs — not reading press releases about them, but actually using them and documenting what happened. Some worked. Most didn't. A few surprised me in both directions.
This page is where I collect everything I've published on weight loss in one place. If you're trying to figure out what's actually worth your time and money, start here.
The Gelatin Trick — My Most-Tested Method
The gelatin trick is the single method I've spent the most time on — four months of daily testing, seven recipe variations, and a very honest reckoning with what it can and can't do. If you've seen it on TikTok and you're curious, read my full breakdown before you buy anything.
- Does the Gelatin Trick Work? I Tried It for 30 Days — The complete honest review. Real measurements, real timeline, real limitations. Spoiler: it works for appetite, but it has a hard ceiling.
- What Are the 3 Ingredients in the Gelatin Trick Recipe? — A full breakdown of each ingredient, what it does, and the five things it will never be able to address.
- Jello Weight Loss Recipe: The #1 Mistake That Makes It Useless — If you're planning to grab sugar-free Jell-O from the dessert aisle, stop. That's not what makes this work.
Supplement Reviews — Weight Management
I review weight loss supplements the way I wish someone had reviewed them for me before I wasted money: full ingredient analysis, realistic expectations, and honest assessments of whether the price is justified.
- CitrusBurn Weight Loss Review — What the “74% thermogenesis” claim actually means when you dig into it.
- Meta Trim BHB Review — A BHB ketone supplement. Legitimate ingredients, but is it necessary?

Telehealth Weight Loss Programs
GLP-1 medications and physician-supervised weight loss programs are a different category entirely from supplements. I review these platforms based on what they actually provide, what they cost, and whether the clinical oversight is real or cosmetic.
- AgelessRx Review — Microdosing GLP-1, compounded liraglutide, and a longevity-focused platform that operates in a very different lane from Hims or Ro.
- Maximus Review — Prescription-based metabolic and weight management protocols under physician supervision.
My Approach to Weight Loss Reviews
I don't believe in miracle products. I believe some products provide a real, measurable edge — and most don't. Here's how I evaluate everything on this page:
I test it myself. If it's a supplement, I take it for at least 30 days. If it's a method or protocol, I follow it exactly as directed.
I look at the actual science. Not the marketing version of the science — the published research, the dosages used in clinical trials, and whether the product matches what the studies actually tested.
I compare it to alternatives. Knowing something “works” doesn't mean much if there's a better option for half the price.
I tell you when evidence is thin. If the research is mixed, I say so. If it doesn't exist, I say that too. I'd rather lose a commission than lose your trust.
I'm not a doctor, dietitian, or licensed healthcare provider. Nothing on this page is medical advice. Always talk to your healthcare provider before starting any weight loss supplement or program. Individual results vary.
